September 2002:    School Days

September visits the 1920’s/1930’s classroom.  The tour includes early lunch boxes, report cards, knickers, saddle shoes, penny candy, a pencil sharpener, blackboard erasers, and a replica of a wrought iron desk. A yearbook, graduation gown, and the infamous raccoon coat recall the later school years.  Its time for us to go back to school.
